Join us this autumn at Newfield for a cozy, hands-on Charcuterie Class on the Farm, where you’ll learn to build the perfect seasonal grazing board using artisan cheeses, cured meats, and farm-fresh, fall-inspired accompaniments. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Newfield Harvest Season, this experience includes complimentary sips and bites to enjoy as you create your board.

Whether you’re a first-time grazer or a seasoned entertainer, you’ll leave with fresh inspiration, new skills, and a delicious taste of fall to take with you.

Registration Required:
Resident Tickets: $30 per person
Non-Resident Tickets: $40 per person

Each ticket includes a compostable serving board, charcuterie components/decor, and expert instruction. Locally crafted wood boards will also be available for purchase onsite.
