Enjoy a self-guided experience where stylish design meets culinary indulgence. 

Guests can purchase exclusive tickets to explore a curated collection of model homes at Newfield that showcase modern agrihood living, featuring innovative design, nature-connected spaces, and inspiring community-focused layouts. As you wander from home to home, delight in a selection of gourmet appetizers, savoring each bite and sip at your own pace.

Model homes are open all day (10 AM – 6 PM), but tickets are required to access the wine and gourmet stations during station hours (4 PM – 6 PM). 

Ticketed access includes:

  • Welcome Center: Check-In Station Bubbles 
  • The Livingstone – Crudité
  • The Aster – Cheese & Fruit
  • The Montauk – Starters Station
  • The Ballade – Comfort Food Station
  • The Felicia – Desserts Station

 

Complimentary wine tastings will be served at every station.

Ticket Pricing:

  • Resident Ticket: $30/person
  • Non-Resident Ticket: $40/person
