Downtown newfield begins to take shape

Big things are on the horizon as we continue making progress on Downtown Newfield, our future town center in the heart of our community!
Earlier this year, we began working on the 20-acre site, and this month, buildings started going up, marking an exciting step forward as the vision for Downtown Newfield starts to come to life.
Designed to bring more ways to gather, explore and spend time together, this next phase will introduce new places to shop, dine and connect, all right in your backyard for effortless convenience.
Once complete, Downtown Newfield will bring a grocery store, restaurants and shops directly into the community, making every-day errands easier and weekends more enjoyable. Whether it’s picking up groceries, meeting friends for dinner or browsing local boutiques, everything will be just moments from home.
