Guests can purchase exclusive tickets to explore a curated collection of model homes at Newfield that showcase modern agrihood living, featuring innovative design, nature-connected spaces, and inspiring community-focused layouts. As you wander from home to home, delight in a selection of gourmet appetizers, savoring each bite and sip at your own pace.

Model homes are open all day (10 AM – 6 PM), but tickets are required to access the wine and gourmet stations during station hours (4 PM – 6 PM).
