Just months after Rosette Park’s grand opening, which marked the start of sales, we’re celebrating these first closings. Nearly 20 homes sold in the first month after grand opening weekend – and now, those buyers are officially walking through their doors and embarking on an exciting new chapter as Newfield’s first residents.
