Meet Lexie Britt, Newfield’s lifestyle and community relations director

Selecting a lifestyle director for Newfield was no simple task – after all, community is at the very core of who we are and all that we do. We knew it would take a passionate “people person” – and a creative, motivated and skilled leader – to helm the uniquely robust programming that makes Newfield such a highly-sought after place to live.

After diligent research, we found our answer. Enter, Lexie Britt: Newfield’s new community relations and lifestyle director!

In her role, Lexie will leverage her expertise across marketing, event planning, creative project management and content creation to spearhead Newfield’s monthly events, fostering a culture of connectivity for residents and visitors of all ages – all while highlighting Newfield’s values and natural beauty. 

Lexie will immerse residents and families in all things Newfield – from our 100+ acre sustainable farms, trails, and parks to our future town center and more – and help turn neighbors into friends through a variety of exciting and engaging lifestyle offerings, including her favorite event series: The Market at Newfield Farm.

For more than eight years, Lexie’s passion for blending creativity with her love for human connection has shaped her approach to leading impactful, community-driven projects. Skilled in organizing both large-scale and intimate events, she excels in delivering engaging experiences that create lasting memories.
