Rosette Park Celebrates successful grand Opening at Newfield
Last month, we celebrated a very exciting milestone: the grand opening of Rosette Park, the first residential neighborhood at Newfield – our highly-anticipated master-planned community in Palm City, Florida.
It’s safe to say it was a successful opening weekend: more than 20 homes at Rosette Park have sold since the event, which marked the start of sales. And – drum roll please – the community’s first homes are now move-in ready!
The grand opening weekend kicked off with a Friday media preview and ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by a family-friendly Saturday event that invited visitors from the community and beyond to tour Rosette Park’s Welcome Center and 15 model homes, as well as KC Trails and The Market at Newfield Farm, which is back for the season!
Priced from the $400,000s, Rosette Park features thoughtfully designed homes with front porches and garages neatly tucked in the rear. These homes include three-bedroom, two and one-half bath townhomes from 1,800+ square feet; three-bedroom, two and one-half bath twin villas ranging from 1,900 to 2,300 square feet; and a variety of single-family homes from 1,900 to 4,000 square feet. The single-family homes include two to four bedrooms, two and one-half to four and one-half baths, and either a two- or three-car garage.
Once completed, Rosette Park will feature 1,000 homes and include a variety of thoughtfully planned amenities, such as parks, green spaces, and gathering areas, along with access to the Kiplinger Conservancy through the KC Trails system, growing Newfield Farm amenities, and team sports fields—all designed to enhance community living and create inviting outdoor spaces.
“We are thrilled to welcome Newfield’s very first residents with the opening of Rosette Park. We know this community will be a wonderful and inviting neighborhood for buyers across a range of life stages who value a community centered around connection, wellness, and sustainability,” said Dan Grosswald, Mattamy’s Southeast Florida division president.
Rosette Park, along with future Newfield residential neighborhoods, will incorporate Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND). Residents will enjoy walkable access to the community’s future main street, Southwest Prairie Avenue, as well as public parks, town greens, village squares and recreational areas. This approach creates a sense of place, encouraging an outward focus on social interactions through connected, pedestrian-friendly streets where everything is convenient and thoughtfully aligned just steps from residents’ front door.
